THIS ONES BEEN SIMMERING FOR A WHILE AND I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW GRATEFUL I AM TO PRESENT THIS EXPERIENCE:

OLA – A MINDFUL PLAYGROUND: is a single day experience consisting of workshops, experiencs, and FUN! Hosted on beautiful Pensecola Beach in Pensecola Florida.

Our mission is to create a boundless sea of opportunities for individuals to gain experiential education in diverse therapeutic modalities.

Or in simpler terms… we are providing opportunities to EXPERIENCE different practices to help regulate our nervous system, get rid of unnecessary stress, navigate our thoughts, clear our heads, balance our emotions AND HAVE FUN WHILE DOING IT!

This is a FREE Family friendly event, we encourage you to bring your family and learn how to navigate our self awareness together.

SCHEDULE: all events are designed to join in and start at anytime, but if you are there from the beginning you have that much more experience!

5:00 – 5:15PM – Opening Ceremony/Water Ceremony

5:15 – 6:10 PM – Ice Breaker / breathwork / soundbath

6:15 -7PM – YOGA

7:10- 8 PM – Drum Workshop (until 7:30pm) / drum circle (which will continue into the evening until end of the event)

8:00 – 10:30 PM – Silent Disco

10:20 – 10:30PM – Closing Ceremony
