Come dressed comfortably and warmly, as we’ll be under the moonlight. Bring a yoga mat or towel to lay on, a blanket for warmth, and water to stay hydrated. Expect:

✨ A deeply immersive Sound Bath to calm your body and mind 🎶
✨ Reiki healing to clear stagnant energy and restore balance ✨
